Anaphylaxis

Place two large-bore IVs and give 2 L of IV fluids quickly. Administer IV steroids, such as dexamethasone. Give epinephrine bolus for low blood pressure. Give IV antihistamines. Stop the administration of suspected triggering drug, give 100% oxygen, and manage the airway.
